We went to Bait Al Dhyafa after a terrible experience at another store and the staff at Bait Al Dhyafa went above and beyond to serve us. Even before we ordered our baklava he gave us a few free samples and convinced us to buy more than we wanted. The baklava was also very tasty and fresh. Excellent customer service, great location and tasty baklava. Can not stop emphasising how important it is to have a good customer facing team, we will definitely be back !

The yummiest ????cup cakes ever... Especially, the hazelnut and lotus are my favourite. Must try...Excellent customer service as well,????

Let's start with the staff..■Mashallah the guy is very professional,humble and his customer service level is just top of the norch.
■Products very fresh ,yummy and just tells you "one more piece ".
Lots of pistachio products just like the ones you will go for in Istanbul.
■price is very affordable and pocket friendly...
Price by weight of the product.

One of the best places in the UAE for sweets: delicious aromas fill your nose upon entering the store and one is welcomed by very friendly staff.

Pastries, pretty, crunchy are very flavourfull with beautiful hints of roses, honey and spices where appropriate. The level of sweetness is just right and the subtle flavours make you don’t want to eat the whole box but rather save one for
Tomorrow.

This is worth the journey - I live in Downtown Dubai but none of the places around there feature this kind of quality both in produce and friendliness.

Very Good, tasty selection of pastry based sweets and chocolates. Spmething for all tastes. They will bake to order if required a so as to supply fresh pieces.
