Many bad comments I read about this shop but in my own experience its not true. This shop is providing many good things. The guys who helped me and explained how to take care of my lovely pet my cat was really helpful.
The shop is clean and a big improvement as compared previously.
See it yourself then.

I’m a frequent customer to this shop, its really good and well maintained, we could explore variety of birds, fishes, cats over there and there price and quality structure also reasonable, and also i like the staff’s hospitality on that shop especially the indian guy and if we have any doubts about handling pets, food habits etc.., they will guide us.

We went to buy some pet food. But the Store is untidy and congested. Pets over there looks so frightened and depressing vibe. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED…

i visited the shop the staff are very friendly i read the reviews online, it’s not true way different, i saw people go in the shop play and disturb the animals the place is clean and good

Went to get some fishes they are super expensive also when i said i like the fishes that are kept in display tanks they said its not for sale they sell unhealthy animals!

I visited this pet shop out of necessity only. Its sad to see the poor animals in small cages. The place is small and untidy. I bought food for my bunny. There were pieces of plastic mixed in with the food which is upsetting and took me long to remove them all. I wont go back to this place!

Only pet shop available in Qusais, DAFZ & Al Nadha regions. Not a well maintained pet store. Conditions of birds and animals are deplorable. Haven't enough space, congested. Overpriced pet food and other accessories. Charging double price when compared to open market.

Animals are in horrible condition. I came with my mother and found a dead rabbit and the store owner threw it away only after we pointed it out. Cats are also in horrible condition. Prophet Muhammad prohibited the act of treating cats with harshness.

Allah SWT does not like the person who treats cats with harshness, so much so that the lady who tied up a cat until it died out of hunger and thirst was put into the fire of hell as a punishment. (Al Bukhari, Book 18, Hadith 90).

Awesome place to learn, even if you haven’t sang before like me. Friendly staff and easy to get to.
