Ability Transport sadly is not at all a high level PTS Ambulance company.

When I worked for them for 3 months they sacked me as I always cleaned the inside of the ambulance and emptied all the used items at the end of shifts but no one else did this and when I used a ambulance after both managers used it they had left rubbish and items in it so not a good impressive level from managers.

The new manager Darren said he would email me and tell me all about updates as I tried to re-apply so I could be busy but he 100% ignored all emails and I had reported after my 2nd month of working with them about a member of staff who did something very wrong to me in front of a patient and nurses at a Care Home and sadly the old and new managers did nothing about it.

Such a shame they are not a good company and training is low as if you worked with them having had NHS skills and qualifications you can be safe in working and its nice to transport patients about and be in Hampshire, New Forest, Salisbury and hole of Dorset.

Fingers crossed as they are now owned by another company they are improved and be safe

The main sad part is they have not been reviewed by CQC since 2016 so they should be reviewed and fingers crossed improve +++
