I bought my bike here as Velocity 44 a few years ago. Popped in recently for some repairs and it's still a class outfit. Super friendly whenever I've been in or phoned and very helpful. I'm a big Giant fan and so glad to have an LBS like this nearby.

Super nice and helpful— helped us out with urgent repairs when we passed through on a bikepacking trip, and only charged modest amounts for labor.

Store looks fantastic and has everything a cyclist needs!!!
Great range of bikes and accessories.
Fantastic customer service with friendly staff.
Had my bike in for a service and it was completed quicker than expected!! :)

Phoned on a Saturday and spoke to Kai he said his name was (Spelling might be wrong sorry) about an e-bike I was interested in and ready to buy, He said it might be possible to source the one I'm after from another nearby location and they could swap their stock possibly and he will pass the enquiry on with Paul the manager on the Monday when he is back in store, no worries that would be great I said. He said he will contact me on the Monday some point to discuss said enquiry. After leaving my details on the Saturday its now Wednesday and still no reply. Just a follow up phone call as discussed and planned is all I could have asked for, even if it was just to say no such luck about my enquiry or that you's are busy and will get back in touch at another time, totally understandable. Either the message wasn't forwarded on or I've just been ignored, either way I don't see why I should have to phone again to give you my business to buy one of your products, I'm a keen and potential customer that has been let down by poor communication and or misconception. Not one for poor reviews but I've been let down on this occasion.

Amazing new Store. I’ve been to loads of bike shops in the uk but this is another level. Can’t believe we have a store like this in my local town Staff are really friendly and really knowledgeable.
