Overall:. I stopped by to try out some baked goods from here. I decided to try the brownie with ice cream. Tasted good but the value (for 39 AED) was not really worth it.

Food:. Ice cream was standard with some toppings. Brownie was moist with some nice nuts. But definitely not worth 39 AED.

Decor:. Very nice decor. Right by poolside is great.

Service: Standard service.

A nice Cafe in Damac Hills.
Very convenient for the community. Clean, quiet, good ambience. Well managed and maintained. Good variety of food, good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good service, friendly staff. Average prices.

Went for breakfast w a relative last wknd for a quick bite. Parking on the street has only 2 slots since it’s in a residential area. It looked small from outside and inside, and without looking at the menu, it seemed they had only few croissants and drinks. They have outdoors seating by the pool but it was very hot.
The waitress brought in the menu and it is extensive. The have the kitchen behind that small diner area which cooks pizzas and other dishes for 3 meals a day.
We chose the continental breakfast and the Bakericious one (see the menu), but both had extra items included (cereal w warm milk, a muffin), one the smoothie was very good (raspberry yogurt). The coffee was good also. The total was more than expected (u003e 100), but it was a lovely breakfast even though the place is too small.

Ordered delivery thru entertainer app and received a sesame sprinkled and half burnt bread as Zaatar manoushe.

I am seriously not sure whether quality is lower because my food was discounted thru entertainer app or whether that's really the quality they produce overall. Either way it is disappointing.

The staff were friendly and that was it. Their signature breakfast was half fresh and half processed food items. The coffee cup was half the normal size you get anywhere else. And most importantly we waited over an hour for our breakfast and we were literally the only table! Will not go back again.

I'm ordering 2 times in one week on zomato and both times it's not accepted as the restaurant it's closing or closed. So the first time I ordered at 10 not knowing that they work until 10 and when I called at 10:20 they said they are closing at 10, so next time I should order before 10. Now I ordered at 9:45 pm and again they rejected and according to the manager I need to order before 9:30. So for your information you lost 260 aed in 3 days only from 1 customer. And from the reviews I can see you are loosing a lot of money because of bad management.
Myself I'm a Manager in the hospitality business and I would never allow my staff to behave like this. Let alone the owners as I'm sure this is small family business who have hoped they have left their restaurant to a professional manager who will take care for the best. But I'm sorry this is not the case. And calculate how much money you will lose from only me per a year.... There is the salary for all your staff that are not doing their job. Wish you the best but definitely never again. And as well I'm still waiting for a refund, but I know that's from zomato side....

I booked (and paid) the backyard of this place for my daughter’s birthday.
I was taking care of the catering and the ballon setup was done from another company.
The only things they had to provide were Tablecloths, disposable cutleries and plates (already agreed and confirmed).
When I arrived (20 mins before party starts) NOTHING was prepared and they arrange the table for buffet with DIRTY tablecloths full of holes.
No disposable cutleries and plates available so they gave me normal plates but it was quite annoying for guests going around with these huge and heavy plates.
I had to pray all the time to have more cups.
On top of this, I gave to the lady working there 4 full trays for dessert buffet to put in the fridge, asking her to take them out along with the cake. She completely forgot and I realized all this food wasn’t served when all the guests left. You can imagine the frustration, the waste of food and money. I didn’t receive ANY apologize and I got even attitude from the guy working there.
They run this place but they really don’t know what they are doing. They are not professional and they don’t know what it means run a business. They already closed a branch and I’m not surprised at all!
I will make the worst advertisement to this place.
