One of the best shops in London. Wide sortiment with adequate prices for everything. Kind staff that has no problem to help you. Also the interiors are modern and pretty. A/C is here too. And they probably have the best apples i have ever eaten.

Great places with a lot of different products for other countries. Organic items are also here at a decent price. Some of the prices are a little more inflated that others, but overall this was one of my more favoured shops of the area! Please do make sure you have a look at all the other reviews as they've encountered things I haven't and its always good to know.

Overpriced for what it is but you do get a much wider range and choice than your average supermarket. Looked very nicely and newly done up so felt much more upmarket too. Expensive though, felt like it was modelled on Whole Foods. Nice for a treat but wouldn't recommend for a weekly shop.

A co-op that’s mutton dressed as lamb combined with an Oxford street style American candy store. The staff members were friendly but the queues were excessive and there’s no self checkouts! Prices are outrageous and there’a nothing amazing in here, hardly any staples to be honest. It’s better than having no shop at all but I would avoid it. And an important side note, the apples aren’t vegan as they have shellac wax on them.

Defently best choclate i have ever in my life, I been here twice always i had good chocolate, a bit over price, but worth it also you can find good organic staff , if you're chocolate fan try here

As a frequent shopper my last visit was disappointing. Being followed around by a security guard as my 3 black friends & I walked around even though one of us is a resident. Extremely frustrating.

Had another unbelievable experience with the same security guard Anky once again. Please find security guards who don’t racially profile. Stayed quiet when I confronted him regarding the targeting. Almost tripped as he was chasing me down the isle as if I was grabbed something and was going to run off. Will go directly to a manager on Monday as this issue has been going on for too long.

If you want Sainsbury’s products at Harrods prices and to be utterly humiliated by staff, come to this store! Please fire the old lady working the deli counter at 1pm on Saturday 3 June 2023 for she does not know how to behave. Angry look on her face before I even approached the counter. The fresh orange juice machine near the deli counter makes juice go all over the bottle. Whilst my partner was wiping the bottle of orange juice at the end, the lady behind the deli counter aggressively accused us of overfilling the bottle that was already closed with a lid on! After I paid for my partner’s bottle of orange juice, the deli lady started asking my partner to pay for the orange juice that I already paid for, because in her limited mind one can’t pay for a drink for their partner. She became quite aggressive about the whole situation and asked me to go get the orange juice that I paid for, whilst I kept pointing at the bottle in my partner’s hand that I already paid for. Crazy people working in this store, stay away!
