I want my money back, balloons were delivered in the morning yesterday, by the night all the balloons are not floating. I paid for 12 hours ballons.

Balloons Dubai has to be one of the best balloons services we've ever used. We have placed an order so late in the evening with a requested delivery time the next day. The delivery was completed on time with an experience that was highly commendable. Pricing is also comparatively excellent!

Highly recommend and definitely will use them again for future party needs! Kudos to the entire team!

Thank you to the team at Balloons Dubai for making a beautiful balloon decor arrangement for me. They came back with extremely creative solutions that were beyond my expectations. The team is highly professional and innovative, finding solutions and recommending fantastic arrangements for all kinds of events. They managed to turn around my request in such a short span of time with on time delivery! Would 100% recommend them further and will be back for future requirements! :)

After several calls abd clearly communicating to their team about the time for the balloons delivery. They deliver the balloons one hour late, do not pick up calls or respons to messages during that time and basically ruin the whole purpose of the order being placed. And to top it all the place wherw the balloons had to be delivered was only 10 minutes away from the shop! Worst customer and delivery service in history. Do not order from this company if you expect good service and timely delivery.

Unmatched variety of products and excellent quality compared to previous times I've purchased balloons from elsewhere! The delivery was timely and full points for customer service as they were extremely patient with my zillion questions and accomodated last minute changes as well :) definitely recommend them and will be going back again for sure!!

They don’t have double sided table to hold the big number balloons. So after wasting 15 minutes preparing the balloons they couldn’t even hold them together. Don’t recommend this place. If you’re going to sell balloons, have all the stuff in stock to sell balloons as they should be presented
