We stayed at their house in Dubai for 2 months. Although the TV did not receive any impact during our stay, the image disappeared in one part. Then we informed them immediately. And we also said that this situation is not because of us. Then they dropped a big figure from the deposit. And it made us very sad. Initially, we thought it was professional, but it wasn't. We applied to the necessary places related to this situation.

THE BEST IN DUBAI. Having bought and sold a number of properties in Dubai, I have experienced the offerings of a number of estate agents; I have to say that D&B Properties (particularly Sam Tetley) met and far exceeded my expectation. Very professional work. The agent, Victoria, arranged the viewings the same day she received the request. We looked at several objects at once, but only those that fit my criteria. When agreeing on the terms of the deal, the agency helped to find mutual understanding with the owner on controversial issues.

From the start of the process and through to completion, Abdulla did an amazing job. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt to respond to queries and questions, on-time for both property viewings and always happy to help. Of all the agents I have met whilst looking for this property, Abdulla stood out from them all. There were some minor problems during the process regarding the notice served and the MOU, however, Abdulla resolved these promptly and the sale went through with only a minor delay on transfer day. Overall, Abdulla did a great job and I would recommend him and D&B Properties. Thank you, Scott.
