That is very weird and actually insulting.
Is this the store policy? I always know that if someone is inside a store, then and until cash closes he/she is able to buy! All stores I know in all malls do the same.

The pants what we choose were wrongly alternated ,but JZ at the cashier were very helpful and gave us the new pants after apologizing for the inconvenience.

The staff is careless and playing with his phone while some people are shopping inside
The guy that was the personnel of the store was a black guy and he didn’t even show up when we was in store for 10 minutes, then he was using his phone and laughing while around 4 people were in
