I bought a check-in luggage from American tourister in india. In one travel the trolley lost its shape. Which they claimed is flexible and wont lose its shape at the time of sale. I approached the customer care centre in Dubai with the Warranty card but they denied the promise and said its the airline fault that the Luggage was mishandled. They have reasons to give but not ready to accept the quality issue. They denied to fix my issue. I lost trust in the brand and the store that i bought from

Terrible after sales service. I bought probably one of the most expensive samsonite carryons and it fell apart in 2 years with little usage. This is supposed to have a 10 year warranty. Now I’m stuck with after sales who after 2 months can’t be bother to get back to me and honor the warranty.

Didn't help to tic my my suitcase, and didn't offer any alternative solution. The issue was only to replace a wheel for my luggage

Honestly speaking very very disappointed experience. I bought a bag with an amount of AED 1850 and it had a quality issue after only one use, in addition to that the staff has a very bad attitude. Definitely will never deal with them. forgot one thing the store manager told me you are not the only one who came and complained about our products.

Horrible staffs, not friendly and helpful. In the shop there were four staff members chit chatting and never caring about the customer. I now understand why there was no customer inside. They lost a customer because no one even spoke to us when we were about to purchase a laptop bag.
