They don’t do a zero, because that’s what I would have given, I don’t normally use this pharmacy, but having gone to boots and Superdrug’s, they were both closed. Went to Lloyds in Sainsburys. The pharmacist was on a break for 30 minutes. I couldn’t wait around for 30 minutes due to transport issues. Went today 11/7/22. My husband took my prescription to the pharmacy, The pharmacist said that will be 30 minutes.( still waiting 40 minutes later) my husband ask why it will take so long, he said he was on his own and the prescription was dated yesterday, why wasn’t it done then! None of his business really , but as above, it was closed.
To add insult to injury, he did a consultation in the time.
He also had an argument with another customer.
How rude was this pharmacist… having to wait 40 minutes for 28 tablets is pathetic.
It will be the fist and last time I use this pharmacy.

Since there has been a new lead pharmacist there things have gone down hill. It used to be so efficient. Now the guy holds orders for a few days to confirm with the GP when infact the GP is the one who approves the medicine in the first place. Also since he has started working there, the phones are never answered. The ladies there are always on point. But this new guy has made it go downhill. Definitely changing my pharmacy.

Such a rude person I spoke to on the phone. Asked my surname which she then proceeded to spell, then asked me to spell it for her and before I could do so she repeated for me to spell it! I'm going change pharmacies.

Totally agree the phone is never answered! Supposed to be open from 7am absolutely terrible service.

I am thoroughly displeased with their click and collect service.
They wouldn't hand over my parcel because there was no pharmacist on duty.
Why do they need someone with a degree to hand over something that would have been delivered to my home address?
İf they were not going to provide even that, why keep someone there?

Very helpful and friendly service. Regardless if I needed advice, urgent repeated prescription or even phone consultation, they have always been people I can trust and rely to give me the correct advice.
