Great communication skills - the owners personally explained things to me in a way that I can understand. Such a refreshing change from most other garages where you're given a list of repairs without any clear rationale/ explanation.
I went in for an oil change - the team was extremely efficient & focused on delivering high quality service. I also love that they included a note on my invoice for what I needed to do at the next service. And, can I also just say - the garage is very clean & tidy. Bonus!

Update: They committed to redo the front bumper but then used different excuses to delay the work. I sent all the photos of defects and then no responses. they cannot complete the repairs of all defects which should be done usually one month after the PPF work. As per all these ignorance, I don’t think they would provide 5 year warranty. Don’t waste money for your PPF on this garage.

Clear and regular communication, attentive customer service and transparency around the work required on my vehicle, and related billing. Unlike other garages, they are very clear on what needs to be done now vs. items that can be left until the next service cycle.
I understand that the business has recently come under new management - the new owners are doing a fantastic job in setting a high standard in quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Extremely happy with the results, and would wholly recommend this family-friendly garage to all.
