Had visited their outlet at the Etisalat Beach Canteen. They had a wide selection on offer and everything was made
fresh, right in front of you. The outlet was buzzing with people wanting to try the traditional Egyptian food serve withatwist. We ordered their shawarma bun, a unique offering sliced meat served on a bun with their secret sauces. Their shawarma saj was really good, loads with delicious chicken meat. The ha wow she was excellent, good meat serving and filling. Overall it was fantastic.

Food is horrible! Hawawshi wasn’t meat and it was like tossed in dirty oil. It was stinking. Worst Egyptian food ever

Taste of the food was not good at all
Koshari is horrible and i mean it
Not koshari at allllll only mix of some wrong taste
Onion was not good. Sauce wrong alll is wrong and it is 28 dirham not cheap but honestly very bad experience

To be honest despite the dodgy way to order and finding the place itself in Marina which’s not a Resturant like every one will be thinking, it’s Cloud Resturant Managment so 99% of their business will be online through courier Company’s… however they answer their phone quickly and bless him Fathy he is a legend he took my order and less than 12 min I got my delivery’s in very good packaging food quality it’s good not bad so close to Egyptians Shawerma in Caizer bread like Neama but not same with my respect but it’s good and delicious and hopefully to see a physical Resturant soon and best of luck ….

First time we ordered from Basatta and it was amazing. Loved the whole experience about the food right from the packaging till the unique varieties of street food items.

Best Pick of the Menu was Shawarma Burger and Shawarma Rice. Entire family enjoyed the dinner and the kids loved it.

NOT EVEN SHAWERMA!
Absolute scam, any low quality food court shawerma is better than them. I was so exited to go 24km drive to taste what's claimed to be good shawerma like the famous "Abohedar" to find it's only a cloud delivery and pick-up common space. Ordered 2 beef (turned to be very bad quality beef pieces immersed in massive amount of sauce to cover the taste) and 1 chicken shawerma that was clearly re-heated left-over chicken thighs pieces in spoilt sauce. Completely waste of time and money!!!

Excellent food! Oddly not available on zomato which I consider a directory of restos. Discovered through talabat offers. Fresh quality food for a decent price point. Highly recommend!
