Tower location is good. However the treatment by our owner (who supposedly owns huge number of flats in this building) and its management had made our overall stay unpleasant. On small repairs like roof leaking also for the same day visit they say that the visit will be chargeable at aed 150 as we are calling maintenance in emergency!!
On repairs like geyser where the cost is 500+ which is their responsibility as per contract, they will keep the cost at 400 and make tenant pay.
On contract renewal they have increased our rent by 11% saying that owner decided to make chiller chargeable. In Marina generally chiller is included everywhere. If you are considering to rent out apartment in this tower please avoid this owner and girl in management! They are not co-operative and try to make money on every maintenance!

If there's a contest for most unpleasant unhelpful aggressive and rude reception of a building in Dubai then this would surely win. What a nasty horrible bunch but particularly the Filippina manageress. I genuinely feel sorry for her poor husband.....

Noisy construction that doesn’t stop 24/7

Very weak and bad mobile coverage for both Etisalat and Du.

Helpless building management. Always crowded in the cars entrance as they are trying to make money out of the parking slots they have for Marina visitors.

The basement floors filled with illegal sharing accommodation for the labors and you always sees the labors walking at night looking at you in a weird way that scares you really! And you can always smell the food they are cooking.

If you want to move in here, they will force you to take the furniture on trolleys to the basement and that will damage your furniture. They don’t care. They force you to move the furniture through the car ramp. It’s insane!! One car coming out from the basement accidentally hit someone from the movers company!!!

Honestly I regret moving here so please don’t.

One more thing you should consider is the nearby mosque, the early morning praying might also wake you up as it’s loud.

Poor maintenance and very rude and unhelpful team. They oversold it as a luxury living and demanded premium pricing when it is far off from being a premium experience

Have lived in Orra for many years and love the building / great location. / middle of marina but quite relaxed and settled -
Good service consistently
