I’ve been going here for years! They have wonderful offerings, which they keep on updating. However, the overall experience gets ruined due to the staff which has been consistently poor for a very long time. Staff keeps on changing, but all of them have poor soft skills and often appear to be rude. This makes me visit other dessert places nearby.

Good location. Fast moving ice creams. You will get anything from the nenu. Spacious place to enjoy the ice creams.

This one star review is for the staff only who was very rude including to our children. Even when asked her to treat us properly, she was shouting, not ready to give more samples just because she's busy with online orders. She could have explained her situation in a better way and apologised atleast later which did not happen. We love baskin robbins but got upset today because of bad service .

Horrible experience. Ordered from website almost 1.5 hours back and nothing ever arrived. The call centre were not helpful either.
