worst experience- the food was delivered with 2 hrs delay- ordered through talabat and they said they are not responsible since the restaurant has their own riders. for this poor service i had to pay extra 8 aed delivery charges too. terrible.

The one ⭐ is for the extremely poor customer service. The staff has no basic training at how they should behave with the customers.

Last evening I visited the Karama branch to buy chicken fries in-store as the outlet had stopped taking online orders. After placing the order I enquired with the staff at the counter if she had 500dhs change but I was very bluntly told no... It's quite surprising that an outlet which is open 24hrs and located in the busiest area of Karama would not have change. The girl seemed absolutely unaffected when I told her to cancel the order as I didn't have change either.

Looks like Burger King doesn't like cash transactions.. or small orders...

So disappointed! I ordered Swiss Mushroom burger to satisfy my hunger but it turns out that this 25AED worth of burger is too small compare to their promo twin burger,,,if i knew it will be like this for sure i wont drive for 10mins... wrong choice of restaurant????????

Staff are friendly but the problem is food not tasting good at all it taste very bad i don't if they make it wrong or it's like that but it's not my first time to eat in burger King so I really hope they will check again the food

We have redeemed our coupon of 15 Aed and upgraded large fries and drink for aed5. But they didn't gave us the same only drink was large and fries was small.

We both husband & wife love BK we always prefer it among all burgers, today was craving for it badly and don't want to eat something heavy at night so thought to buy 14 aed deal and from today i must say i will not be there customer anymore. Chips were not good enough too much salty and the burgers which usually comes with cheese there was no cheese and the burgers were not upto the mark or of standard i am highly disappointed today, when you are craving for something and you get this it's really sadden.

The team work there don’t understand english I asked him for 3 burger cut he didn’t cut them the cheese is cold still frozen and the burger is dry when I told him about the cheese he told me it comes like this he thinks I am a fool as the picture behind him that I ordered is melt. Great place to eat bad food and never come back

Typical Brain dead Southampton city council car park. Bays that are marked and designed for nothing larger than a 1960's Morris Minor or an Austin Seven. If you have a Vauxhall Corsa or a Renault Clio they may be the only car that will fit in these spaces. Anything larger then that and you are wedged in without being able to open the door and exit the vehicle. And they cleverly designed the tiny gangway to go in. If you drive in 'Nose first' and all the bays are full you will never be able to turn your car around and exit. It is not fit for purpose.
