Best place for the fragrance.... For body works this shop will be my first option. I visited today , the had the great promotion. Luckily today is the last day of promotion. I was looking for berricup Bellini and magnolia charm fragrance, but unfortunately they said it is discontinued. I was so sad and angry why this unique fragrance to be stopped. I was sad and about to leave the shop, thankfully with the help of Mr. Ashraf and Ms. Rizza I got on of the fragrance which I was looking for. It was not in the display but since a customer loved to have it they searched for me. Was a great experience. They made my day❣️❣️❣️❣️
Specially I want to recognize Mr. Ashraf for his courteous service from the first day..
Dear Bath and body I want to request to you please don't stop these beautiful fragrances. Every fragrance have a memorable moments in each one's life. You are giving back those memories to the customers so please get back those lovely fragrance on sale.

We dropped in to get some items for our daughters, as they'd visited Bath & Body Works when they visited New York; so they liked the brand but loved the fragrances & products.

Great selection of products, shower gels, body lotions, body scrubs, candles etc. They all come in various fragrances.

The gents section was rather small but even then the store still had a good selection. We bought 12 assorted products (all shower gels 19 AED) for tye equivalent of £87. So not bad value for money either. They were also happy to give wrap a few of the items so that we could take them home as presents ???? ????.

Bath and body works has been my favorite store from past 7 yrs . They run some amazing sale during dsf and few products are just for 12, 15& 19 . I am a big fan of body lotion , a store that has some unique fragrance collection . And the fragrance changes according to season . Dark kiss and moon light is my most favourite fragrance. I had a great buy . Best sale of BBW comes in month of June when body lotions are only for aed 10 . Looking forward for it . I just stocked my collection for few months .

The Bath & Body Works store in Ibn Battuta Mall is a great place to shop for fragrances and bath products. The store has a wide variety of scents and products, and the staff are very helpful in providing advice on which products to choose. The store also has great promotions and discounts throughout the year. Overall, I would highly recommend the Bath & Body Works store in Ibn Battuta Mall to anyone in need of fragrances and bath products.

Worst customer service ever. Had to call them 10 times and got no answer. It lead to me calling Tim hortons which is the store infront to GO INTO BBW and tell someone to answer the phone … mind you this was at 10:20 am, they were not busy. Their excuse was sorry the phone was on silent. The attitude of the staff in that store is just appalling. For someone who spends so much money in BBW , I cannot believe this is the service I’ve received.

We are senior citizens traveling to Felixstowe. Gary was waiting for us at Heathrow. We had been delayed but he was there still waiting. Helped us with all our luggage and is a great conversationalist. He stopped for my husband who is diabetic to get an orange juice. We booked Gary to take us back to Heathrow. He was ad right on time. Very kind and a gentleman. I had spoken with his wife Mandy from America to book taxi and she is a lovely lady to speak with. Would greatly recommend this taxi service. They are dependable and courteous and fair rates. We enjoyed meeting Gary. Robert and Carol

Last minute taxi booking, to collect me from work to take me home. Lovely female driver came really quickly & I was really grateful to her coming out when other companies I tried were not at all helpful. Thank you so much 1st 4 taxi’s ~ really excellent service!

I got a return taxi from Felixstowe station to Orwell House and booked in advance. The taxi driver was waiting for me when I arrived and he was a very nice man. We had a good chat and a laugh along the way. The drivers wife was very helpful and lovely when I booked and she re-arranged my booking at short notice when my train was delayed. I would recommend this taxi company to everyone!

Honest about waiting times. Arrived dead on time and with a reasonable price on the meter for the pick up charge.
Really friendly lady, chatted throughout the journey. Previous reviews are the reason I used this taxi firm and they live up to the expectations created by other reviews.
Highly recommend and will definitely use again if I'm back I the area and need a taxi. Thank you

2H taxi home from felixstowe at night and the first time in a long while ive felt i was in safe hands. Very good driver and a lovely chap to chat with.

After getting fed up with being messed around by Coastal I started using this service instead. They are honest and upfront about what time they will be with you and the staff are a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend.
