-Ordered NB 550 3 days ago .
-According to their website it’s next day delivery for store collection .
-got a notification that the order will be late an extra day without any apology or explanation from the seller.
-Not punctual and made me miss giving a birthday present on time !
-When I went to pickup the shoes it was the wrong size and they refused to exchange claiming that the discount offer is no longer valid !

Horrific staff. Grumpy, lazy; and not willing to assist the customers by any means. They will tell you for certain that the requested item is not available at their store; however, you will be able to locate it yourself in display, or perhaps you may have to argue until they go inside and come back with it. What a shame!! First and last time ever. Definitely not recommended.

The Foot Locker store in Ibn Battuta Mall is a great place to shop for footwear. The store has a wide variety of shoes and sandals to choose from, and the staff are very helpful in finding the right fit for you. The store also has great promotions and discounts throughout the year. Overall, I would highly recommend the Foot Locker store in Ibn Battuta Mall to anyone in need of quality footwear.

Thuwan from Ibn battuta branch has excellent knowledge about all the sneakers, he was extremely helpful! Customer service was fantastic as well! ????

I had an incredibly good customer service at Ibn Batuta Store. Ajoy (if i got his name correctly) was very knowledgeable about different footwear and their applications as well as offering helpful guidance on my final choice and purchase . Thank you!
