I agree with others review and rating, very pathetic service, bad management and staff, same thing happen with me agreed with made in Germany but replace batter with made in Korea as well as on sales recipt and warranty card no stamp when I went to them to claim warranty mentioned no stamp how we assure purchase from our company

Guys, be aware and careful to get Services from battery.ae, very bad service and play with words i.e October 2018, I discussed and avail thier service for Battery change, agreed Bosch Brand made in germany they came to replace Battery it’s no manufacturing date and no made in germany it’s made in Korea but charged for Made in Germany

Be careful and better to get services from other conpany and must verify manufacturing date and made or Origin

battery.ae is providing an excellent roadside assistance service in dubai.i was stuck on sheikh zayed road .i called to battery.ae their technician came within 20 minutes and change my cheverolet car battery......
