The staff were helpful but the place smell, especially the fitting room. Hygiene among staff is low and the smell was so strong even though we are not yet in summer. I will not go back to that branch again.

Worst costumer service ever!!! Just bought couple of items and the cashier was super lazy to inform me that I can try redeem my points by downloading app as I had some points!!! Worse shop!!! Better to shop online! No interaction with such employees

Actually I should write my review earlier, I visited the store 2 days ago , and got welcomed very well , lovely staff and very friendly. I was assisted by a nice lady called Neelam , she was very helpful . Thank you you so much for making my choices easier ????.

Got help from Sara and Den for picking the ideal size, and I really appreciate their time and patient with me. especially Den, not only that she’s helpful but very professional in her filed. I felt warm and welcome, only when I finished shopping and walked out of the store that I realized it’s way past closing time already, I felt sorry and they didn’t not show any impatient or rushing me to leave. Thank you all for the nice shopping experience.

Came today in dubai hills location July 14th 6-7pm. I shopped for an hour and was followed by the security guard who has dreads and a black suit. She made me extremely uncomfortable the whole time and stared me down as if I was stealing, in my whole life i’ve never faced something like this. I generously purchased something from here still but I am unsure if i’ll visit again as my shopping experience felt so uncomfy and targeted when I am a paying customer. Tell your security guard to focus on someone who would steal, and maybe avoid this location if you’re a innocent PAYING customer like me.

Salespeople were ok but manager was interesting. They gave me an empty paper bag to use but then SE Asian manager followed me and asked what the bag was for, (my baby’s extra clothes) and that I could not take it because I didn’t buy anything. He then took the bag back! First time in 29 years of living in Dubai to come across anything like this. Doesn’t make me want to be a customer at all.

Not to mention Their incredible products. But this branch in particular has the best staff, they’re really helpful and jolly. It was a fun relaxing experience. This is a shout out for the wonderful staff!!
