I was impressed by the refined product selection and loved the scent of this showroom, plays a huge role! Most important is the attention to every detail which makes it stand out immensely, truly a worthwhile visit!

Shameful customer experience. Made 4 calls to try and get through to someone to buy a Ligne Roset sofa. The number listed on the internet is for the head office of the parent company - who’ve never heard of the brand. Get passed around to different people and given different numbers - everyone is rude and unhelpful. Couldn’t actually speak to anyone who had even heard of the brand. Useless

I have purchased my office furniture from Maison Lamassu, and the experience of dealing with the designers was exceptional. Customer service is fast and convenient. the quality of furniture is amazing and the delivery service was fast and precise. I would definitely recommend purchasing your luxurious furniture at this prestigious brand. 10/10. I would put more if I could.

Terrible customer service; limited delivery and installation services. They use outside vendors. Best is to deal with a European office - and then import it rather than use the Dubai showroom.

They promised me a call back 2 times on my question in December and January, neither called me back nor picked up the phone any more...
Very bad customer care...
