Great service from Fatma Mubarak Amer in Customer Service. This beautiful and kind lady patiently helped us the whole time (11am to 1:55pm). She made me feel at ease especially coming from someone who gets anxious and nervous when leaving the house. Great Service Fatma M.!! Thank you for your time and patience!!

Have been going to this branch for over 12 years, team is very friendly and willing to assist with any request. The availability of parking is an area of improvement, especially in summer.

I came to the Burj Al Arab branch to update my details and request a new debit card.

I was attended to by Ms Fatima Mubarak who went out of her way and politely and efficiently coordinated with other staff members to handle my request.

Would gladly return to this branch based on this interaction with their customer service representative.

This is the work brunch ever if there is a Zero star I will give it
I don’t recommend to come to this place better mall of emirates or Al barsha
I come for bank statements as I was returning from embassy for it and the girl her name is Fatma Mubarak amer she said you need to sign when I sign she said doesn’t match and didn’t want to give me my statement even I was from if her with my ID and bank card she recommended to change signature I did but when I was doing it she said you need old signatures I did it right. When I ask if I can cancel and have my statements she said no and she tell me wait 20 min than I will give you
And way I lost my appointment for stupid reasons as I NBd costumer better do that online

I came in the morning with a simple task, exchange foreign currency. I waited an hour with the tellers passing me from one to the other. Eventually they started assisting people that had walked in the door long after me. When I went to the front desk to ask for help they were actually clueless and said they don’t think they can exchange currency ????. Eventually after over an hour that my ticket was called, and countless times of them telling me to sit and wait, it took the teller 2 minutes to exchange my money. I encourage people to go to any other branch than the Burj Al Arab branch because they are extremely unhelpful.

I'm no rail enthusiast, but this small enclave has some fascinating history from the industrial past, all supported by a decent collection of locomotives and other rail based equipment, many of which allow you to climb on board.
All topped off with a short journey along the line to Middleton Park.
The 'museum' is free, but the single, one way ticket was £4 each.

Nice little museum focussed on steam/diesel engines made in the area, with the opportunity to ride a train pulled by a steam engine on the days shown on their website. Tickets are great value, you can access the museum and ride the train all day.

It's a wonderful place to spend time with the family, it's perfect for those kids who love trains.

Enjoyed two days visiting the railway during the Leeds Steampunk Market. Really interesting place, which until now I had no idea existed. Very interesting and accessible and a great family day out.

Fantastic little steam railway, the museum is clean, focused and well thought out with lots of interesting facts. The staff were very friendly throughout.

Child friendly, a nice ride on the steam train, good cuppa in the café, husband and daughter love's anything steam train related so we spent a lovely couple of hours here, and very reasonable priced

Visited on a Steampunk weekend. Free entry, although there is a charge for a ride on the train. Good display of engines etc. Really enjoyed it.

The Christmas experience was wonderful, good value,granddaughter met santa and recieved a present, plus mince pies and a hot drink, very friendly staff
