Harrison has been the best of help, he has attended to all of our needs and made us feel completely at home. Harrison is an asset to the team and I wish him the best in his role, we will be back to have some drinks and to enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you Harrison - from Justine and Sufyan :)

The service here is so amazing! The waiter are too friendly, they treat us like a majesty.
Also the view and seats are nice. We have our great time in here!

The Bay Club is rooftop pool, bar & shisha joint. Also connected to the Gym & Spa. Special thanks to Harrison who really goes above & beyond. He also makes very very very good cocktails! The Arayes only served at the Bay Club is exquisite. Thanks again (this is our 3rd or 4th visit to DoubleTree Hilton)!! We also came to know they have all you can drink offer which makes the Bay Club a fine place to warm up before heading out.Also the lifeguard on duty is excellent he ejected kids were not behaving safe

Bartender and waitstaff were excellent and attentive, happy hour drinks were replenished quickly. Live entertainment by Stefan Alm was incredible, amazing voice and great set list. One star docked due to perceivably sexist practices of only allowing women free shisha even though they do not convey that to men when offering “free shisha” to the table. Should be a 3 star on any other night that Stefan isn’t performing. It’s a shame that perceivable gender discriminatory policy is in place when the service is top notch.

We go there very often, the lounge is nice and cozy, decent pool with great music ???? but most of all is the staff who make a difference, specially Lakisha, Sunita, Amir and Nissan, thanks to them our experience turns out to be great every time we are there. The club is lucky to have them ????????????

Excellent service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. However, the massive TV is too bright and does not really fit the overall vibe of the bar.
