It was nice i give it a very high score in comparison with same level hotels.

But:

Its a bit pricey.
Service is nice but a bit slow.
No ventilation or ac in the Elevators so you feel the heat.

Overall, rooms are great. Technology is up to date. And the reception are friendly.

I stayed here for 8 nights and must say that the team here just makes you feel at home. The service was immaculate and they made sure to cater to all the needs of the guest. The property is also very well located as it’s only 10 mins away from the Dubai mall. The rooms are very well maintained and the views are also very nice..

Hotel is clean and the staff is polite. We came here during an expo this transportation was a bit hectic. But the hotel is as advertised even though it was a little on the expensive side due to the expo

Very nice rooms and some with a good view, great service and good facilities. The welcome cookie is a nice gesture and it was delicious. The room was very comfortable. The lighting in the room is very well done and with curtains closed the room gets properly dark, so you won't wake up at sunrise.
Breakfast was excellent, they offer a lot of options for breakfast. The normal choices like pastry, pancakes, waffles and eggs but also Indian breakfast and a good selection of vegetarian and vegan choices.
The hotel has a lot to offer and for a reasonable price, so if you need to be in Business Bay it is a good choice. If you're a tourist and want to explore Dubai then there are better options. On the map it appears close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa and it sort of is and while you can walk, it is not really a fun walk. you have to cross a few busy roads and there are not many places where you can (safely) do that. There are pedestrian crossings but they are far between so you can't go in straight line to the Mall. You will probably end up taking a taxi every time. In the morning and early in the afternoon that works well, but you can expect some major traffic starting late in the afternoon that will last pretty much until midnight.
It seems that this place is affected the worst by traffic so if you want to move around in Dubai you'll probably be better of somewhere outside of the Business Bay.
The hotel has 3 restaurants and there are a few shops and a supermarket very close to the hotel.

We had a pleasant experience with excellent hospitality during our stay. The variety of food options provided was impressive, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. We were particularly impressed by the outstanding work of the housekeeping staff, especially Nadia, who not only maintained the room well but also interacted with us through messages. The innovative towel shape of a monkey created by Nadia delighted our children. The location was convenient, being close to Burj Khalifa and other popular tourist attractions. The business bay neighborhood had a welcoming atmosphere with local stores and restaurants. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent room service and very friendly staff. Perfect location; close to Dubai International Airport (DXB), The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and other top attractions.

The staff members were fantastic at the hotel's restaurant. Especially Rehan, who happily took our orders and put a smile on my daughter's face, each time :)

Rehan and the rest of the restaurant's team members at the hotel were all very helpful and very professional. The food was also amazing.

Really a nice hotel within a very close proximity from Dubai Mall. It’s a very nice place to stay and enjoy the neighborhood, more like a business stay than a family stay although the kids will enjoy the pool facilities. The buffet is very generous and rooms are spacious with sufficient natural lighting.

Had a wonderful stay, rooms were perfect, pool and gym were great. Breakfast could have been a bit better though.

Special mention to our valet man Bhim, he went above and beyond to ensure our car was taken care of. Cannot thank him enough for everything he did for us and to make our stay a pleasant one.
