Located in Deira, Dubai opposite of Diera City Center near the metro as showed in my pictures.

It was really disappointed moment that being even holding the residency of Philippine, I am not able to open my account. Whereas we as resident of UAE we can entertain or facilitate in all kind of activities inside UAE. So why not a resident of Philippine cannot entertain or facilitate such as opening an account? Its really sounds weird, as at the end bank has a advantage or benefit of having more client or customers. They have to look into this matter seriousely, at the end its all about business....

Registered for a BDO kabayan account last June 8, 2023. please bring emirates id copy and passport copy. they will take photo of you on the spot.

have PATIENCE. the account number will be sent via email after a few weeks.

have PATIENCE again. got a call from the BDO representative last 15th July that my ATM card and passbook is ready for collection and thats it.

when picking up the passbook and atm, bring emirates id.

and please listen to the representative's explanation when receiving the card and passbook. for now its only for deposit and online banking, not for withdrawals. cash withdrawal will only happen once you go home to the Philippines and have activated your card.

the card and passbook all will come from the Philippines so it'll take time. please have patience.

Hi, I just wondering why no one is answering either calls and WhatsApp? Very disappointing as I need important details and can't spend time and money just to visit your branch. Suggesting to remove those numbers on the website if you're nor using it. This is Dubai branch and we're supposed to experience excellent service.

Online Apps and services really sucks! Sooooo disappointed! They always mention "Dear Valued Customer" in their email as they address their customers, but the truth is they really don't value. Poor service and very terrible in handling concerns, it always takes time. Really regret that I chose this bank.
