The vibe of the area is super low key - theres a bit of tourists and really nice spots to hang out very close by. Even in the heat, you can walk to most of them which is a huge plus.
The price is really , really good value. the rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job daily keeping them that way. The front desk staff and security were so friendly and helpful...even bringing orders up to the room and helping us with requests promptly. Checkin was smooth and checkout easy. The showers got both hot and cold and the rooms are well stocked with toiletries.
The bed is comfortable, AC works great and the location is perfect. The cafe in the building closed for the second part of the stay we were there but that was a good motivation to explore others. The book cafe and the surf cafe close by were our faves.

Cleaned daily and close to the Burj Al Arab and the beach.
I accidentally booked one night extra, and asked for a refund, they initially said it’s impossible because it’s a non-refundable booking, but after waiting for a day they came back to me and said it was possible!
Therefore: great service.

All the staff was very helpful from the day one to until we depart. Everyday house keeping and and especially housekeeper boys I
still do remember their name Sanju, Safal & Swaroop all of them were were friendly and experience in their job. So I would want to stay in this property and recommend an affordable and comfortable place for your holiday.
