I can honestly say, I don’t know what I would have done without this chemist shop. So very helpful and respectful, even though it was my mistake. Thank you too, to the really nice man who made 2 trips with medications I really need. Thank you…….S. Graham

They offer a txt service for when meds are ready for collection. Although this does not seem to work as I have been waiting 6 years on a txt and still never received any. Furthermore, they have an app. However, they do not use it.
Staff can be lazy and tell you they don't have you're meds. However, when contacting GPs, it's informed that they do have it as it has been scanned into their system. Therefore, their staff are wrong and don't even look for meds just on their system, which must be wrong as its been scanned in and held at GPS for confirmation. You most likely will not get an apology for your valuable time being wasted. It's quite frankly arrogant and rude. And not a good service. Furthermore, they close for lunch at 12pm to 1pm. When alot of people may want to collect their meds etc on their lunch break. Highlighting they are not a competing service, they care more about their lunch at their own convenience.

Have only ever found this Chemist to be professional and friendly. After reading some of these reviews maybe they were having an off day! This chemist also kept going ( for which I am very grateful) during Covid, don’t think they shut there doors once.

Service is shocking. You hand in repeat prescriptions to be told of the dozy blonde at the desk who tells you 3 days then you go back on the 4th day. Wait behind a que of smack heads who get what they need to be told call the doctors n ask how long it's going to be. I thought the point in a repeat prescription was so that you could get meds on repeat without seeing or speaking to a doctor. It's ok just make sure all the smack heads are fine. That's what this chemist is good for. Always got junkies hanging about the doors saw 2 drug deals on my wait for nothing!

Helpful staff and although small this is still quite busy. Lunch usually about 1 to 2pm and stocks quite a surprisingly amount of pharmaceutical supplies compared to some of the bigger ones. Biggest issue is parking on the street by this as due to buses and other busy shops you may need to park a distance away especially if trying to get something during busy times.

This store used to run better but since old staff has left the store has went down hill. The waiting time can be anything from 5-25 mins, which is not great. I understand things would change abit with new staff coming in. This is the only bad thing that can be said.
