Perfect location, next to the entry to Windsor Castle. It is great that this shop has survived the closures at other locations. Lots of products from Scotland is available there.

It's really mean to don't let anyone in when it's raining hard with thunder and lightning not even for 5 minutes because you want to close early. Surely they think they can treat their customers terrible because there are new tourists anyway everyday. Not a good way to run a business.

Oh the frustrations of being a personal shopper! Had to return to Edinburgh Wool Windsor on numerous times to return unfortunately unwanted clothing.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Alas, caught in a cycle of nonrefundable gift cards. Thankfully long expiry dates.

Shop needs some attention, it looks neglected and untidy and let's the area down. Especially as it is directly opposite the entrance/ exit to Windsor Castle with international visitors!

Great selection of Scottish wares. We bought a nice cable knit sweater and some tasty treats. More than one brand of shortbread, too. I was beginning to wonder if Walker's was the only one. What a relief!

Terrible customer service. Waited for a while to ask a question for an assistant to finish talking with her friend, while the other sales assistant just ignored me. I finally got a quick, short response to my question. Then the other sales assistant asked my husband if he needed help( she probably didn't realize he was with me as we are of different nationalities), he said my wife does, sales assistant gave curt reply to my question and just walked off. I was going to buy a jacket there, but decided I wasn't wasting my money in a shop that treated me as if I was an inconvenience.
