The salon doesn’t give any discount/concessions. The waxing was just average as the lady who waxed my arms and legs made me very uncomfortable. Also they don’t provide any waxing dress to wear before waxing, you literally have to get it done either in your own dress or not wear anything which makes things uncomfortable. Pedicure and manicure was good.

Management so bad experience & not flexible at all. Losing all clines old & new one. Never visit the salon any more after now! Tv not working,, no products in saloon,, shower so slow in Moroccan bath,, door with no lock need to fixed since a year,, a/c not working upstairs it's like steam room,, cleaner lady doing massage for clients & lots lots more things.

I did three services, morocan bath, face threading, and the full body sweet with Omneia. All the services were amazing specially the full body sweet, Omneia is so professional. I will definitely come again and get sis as well

Went here for a haircut and they messed up my hair so badly. When I asked the lady to fix it she said she's fasting and had to leave even though it was still afternoon time!! They're not worth it at all don't take a risk here.

Very shocked at how messy the store was (and I’m male). Visiting from overseas so not sure if it is the overwhelming attitude from customers or staff but tons of clothing just slung and left on floor. Such a shame this seems acceptable.

Bought a dress for my gf in the sale at Windsor . The dress was in the rack saying all at £15.99. When I got to the till it came up at £25. The young cashier who was very polite asked for the Manager.
The Manager, Anna, was rude and just said ‘ if you want it at £25 then take it ‘ I understand items get placed by customers in wrong areas but at no time did she apologise for my inconvenience. She put the dress aside and walked on with no acknowledgment. The Manager needs to reflect on her customer service skills and remember without customers she would not have a job.
I actually feel for the staff there if she treats customers like this.

Clothes are looking good but the quality is really law. Pretty much it can be compared to paying price for gold and getting in return scrap. The people who serve the clients are not very friendly. Specially managers can be rude and cranky when they are bothered to answer the customers. I wish servive had been better, personal approach and less attitude when there had been a complaint brought to attention of the menegment of this store! I had not really had good experience myself.

Some customers have complained about the service they received from an employee. There are no name tags on the employee, probably because he gets a lot of complaints. This is not the first time that Zara has been accused of poor customer service. In fact, the store has a history of receiving complaints about its employees. This latest incident is just another example of why Zara needs to improve its customer service.

Zara has come under fire for the high prices of their clothes compared to the quality of the garments. Some customers have complained that the clothes are not worth the price tag and that they have had issues with threads coming undone and seams ripping.

Zara has responded to the complaints by saying that their prices are in line with other retailers and that the quality of their clothes is on par with what is offered elsewhere.

It is clear that there is a discrepancy between what Zara customers expect in terms of quality and what they are actually getting. Until Zara can address these concerns, it is unlikely that shoppers will be willing to pay premium prices for their clothing.

Usually like their products but got frustrated as some item beeped at the exit, and had to wait there for like 20 min untill they looked at what it was as none of security or employee could figure it out ( kids knickers had a tiny labeled on the inside of the tiny tag on the individual product , I found out at home as they just told me to leave it as they can't figure it out, which frustrated me even more) l understand security it there for a reason and most cases are actually theft but just make sure the cashiers are detagging properly at the till to avoid this for customers that actually pay, it's embarrassing to stand by the door like a thief while security goes through your bag and scans the knickers you bought one by one while others pass by..

Extremely rude and disrespectful shop assistants. One of them started shouting across the shop "I hate this job" since someone asked for help. I would avoid going there personally, shopping online is a stress free option.

It’s a small store but with a good selection of clothes. It can be very busy sometimes, especially on weekends, so get ready to queue to the tills. I’ve read other comments about staff but I have not experienced any bad customer service here yet. I guess that recruitment is a huge challenge and I’m not surprised that sometimes they don’t get it right. After all most of the interviews are a waste of time as you find more about the individual’s capability and ability to work within first week.
