First time to bring our dog for grooming. Our groomer Masach did a fabulous job. He was very caring and professional. We are very happy with the results.

We took our husky here for grooming and the groomer hurt her! She is bleeding on her side. Everytime we touch her she cries. We already took her to the vet today. I do not recommend anyone to bring their pet here for grooming.

The grooming appointment was late and when we questioned the groomer he had horrible attitude towards us.

I will never step foot inside this petshop again. This petshop knows very well that we spend a good amount of money by buying treats/food almost daily from them!

Im very disappointed!

***UPDATE***

We were refunded the vet bill amount. The store manager Praveen took our complaint very seriously. He is very understanding and made sure we felt heard. Thank you Praveen!

Mr. Fletcher has the best knowledge when it comes to anything fish/aquarium related. He is a very hard worker and is very honest. When you want fish maintenance, full aquarium set up, which fish to get, which plants to get etc etc. He is by far the best guy in Dubai. Thank you for setting up my tank and guiding me on what to get. I have learnt a lot from Mr. Fletcher. Highly recommend

Amazing Offers & Great Service! Staffs are very accommodating and reliable. Kudos to Nicks and Mizak for always doing a great job in grooming our fur baby Joey!

Beauty Pets staff are amazing also the prices are fair talked to Fletcher and he really helped me get the set up i needed. He personally delivered my fish tank and set it up. I would highly recommend going to their shop in JVC and you’ll definitely be able to get the right pet for you!!! Very excellent service✌️????

Had visited to the store and found very neat and well organized. Staffs are very experienced and they know how to guide the customers, especially Mr.Fletcher is very well experienced, polite and profession, helpful to guide the customers. His knowledge is great on fishes and guiding customers for solutions. Happy to visit again.

It's written on their website that they open till 12 am on Sunday. They closed at 10 pm. My stuff which I bought and asked them to keep for an hour is inside. Shop is closed.
Before I left stuff, which I bought from them, they informed me that open till 11 pm.
