Worst service ever. Google says shop/booth closes at 10 and the worker closed at 9:30. We came at 9:34 and she didnt even answer one question. Next time Du wants to have a service center/kiosk just make sure you hire service people not customer repellers

HORRIBLE!! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE!!! We have been clients for more than 6 years, we have changed addresses and they told us that in 2 days they would change the installation....and we have been without Internet or TV for more than a week. AND NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO DO ANYTHING. NOBODY KNOWS ANSWER TO ANYTHING

I am still pursuing my right with the company that put 500 dirhams on my account in return for a service I did not receive. I don't know what the regulations in force in this company are. After long reviews, it was decided that I should not pay the amount, but the bill included the amount and the amount was deducted. I don't have the words to describe how bad this company is. It wasn't like this 9 years ago when I first joined them. This is my account number; 1.32795856

One of the worst experience with your Du Employee his name is Shehab in Circel mall, he was cracking a jok with his friend during the working time ..when i ask him to finish fast he start getting rude and misbehaved with me.
Very disappointed with Du staff
Lot’s of people are in the queue but they don’t care.

5 stars for JAZMIN in DU Circle Mall.

After numerous phone calls to DU customer service I was getting no where, with everyone I spoke to passing me to someone else or saying they will call me back.

I went to DU in circle mall where Jazmin served me. She was helpful and efficient. She took the time to go through and explained everything thoroughly. There were some small issues with my address and she explained how she was going to follow up. After wanting to give up with DU I was so glad I went to circle mall, I can’t recommend her enough.
