I had an excellent time at this hotpot restaurant! The food was delicious, and the hospitality service was even better. Place is nice and clean. There’s a basement parking for customers at this restaurant. We ordered the group hotpot package is good for 3-4 people. Including some fruit and ice cream after. We left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied. Highly recommended! ????

The best hot pot in Dubai. Different quality from other all you can eat Hot Pot AED70 in Barsha.
A bit expensive, but their food deserve.

A very traditional Chinese restaurant, from the entrance to the food and service. The waiters a little slow, in terms of service and placing our orders. The price is reasonable and the food is good, but nothing that surprised my taste buds.

I had a fantastic experience at restaurant. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The ingredients for the hotpot were incredibly delicious, fresh, and of high quality, adding a special flavor to the overall dining experience. The portions were gigantic, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the dish. I highly recommend this restaurant to all food enthusiasts.

The food is Amazing! the downside is when the owner is around the staff is very attentive, but if they’re not it’s difficult to get attention from the staff they will just ignore you even have to put all our hands in the air if we need anything!
By the way I’ve been here for like 6 times that’s what I notice

Probably the worst hot pot restaurant I have tried in dubai
Food is very below average.. prices r high and ambience n place is really dusty n doesn't give a clean feel. Highly disappointed

Excellent hot pot. Authentic food. Service prompt and helpful. After spicy hot pot ice cream and watermelon on the house. Will visit again for hotpot.

Stylish place and calm atmosphere. The wait staff are quick and attentive. You're orders will reach you within minutes. Large portions. Larger selection. If you had the appetite and had a large group, this is a good place to have a high dinner. The problem is the more ingredients you put in the soup, the more delicious it gets.

Are post lady jacky tame on area 53 is fantastic, she is so friendly, consistent and we have no issues when she delivers. Please keep her on this route

Had my meds sat there for four days telling me on the app it was going to be delivered…when I went in I was confronted by a very rude woman who as good as told me I was a liar when I said the app had sent a name of the guy who would deliver…when I proved it there was no apology. Not the first time she has been rude to me but if she does it again I will demand to see her manager…the other young girl was very polite and helpful to everyone she dealt with

I had a parcel go through this centre, and magically, the most important item was "lost" when the package was "damaged" in transit. Despite the inside of the bag being visibly pulled open. Seems convenient that with the size of the opening the rest of the contents didn't "fall out". Someone knows what happened here, and Royal Mail's claim process is not adequate. It is not fair that people get away with this sort of thing. I hate to say it but it is quite clear what has really gone on here...

Never had a problem here. Can be busy just after school kick out time and first thing on a Saturday morning, but mostly quiet when you visit! Friendly staff ☺️
