Always out of money . If you visit twenty times you might be lucky to find one time that the ATM has money inside . I’m not sure how much difficult to keep money inside the ATM as it is not a good image for HSBC to have the ATM without money . I hope that one day they can solve long standing issue .

Worst service ever. Staff look to me like something bad... Just because I was having a trouble with my card and the payment was not going... They treat me like I'm not a person.. At the end my card work because there was money enough to pay my shop... But they treat me like I'm stealing something for them... Horrible.

Cheque deposit available 75% of the time and cash machine 60% in my experience. Convenient and brilliant when it's working; frustrating, pointless waste of time when it's not.

The cheque deposit machine at MOE has been out of order for a long time and no one is really working on fixing it. HSBC is a pretty bad choice for banking.

Two machines; an ATM and a separate Cheque-deposit machine. Conveniently located at the entrance of Carrefour Market. Unfortunately, the ATM machine is almost always out of cash.
