Great friendly staff..loads of fun for all the family and different amusement machines for all ages and purse sizes from 2p's to £ coins with loads of room to move and not feel boxed in❣

Had a great time overall and there is a great choice of amusements to try for a reasonable price where you can win lots of tickets and there’s lots of prizes, but staff were quite hard to find (wearing all black white plain uniform, and generally not very present), and there is only ONE ticket machine. This is the worst part because it sometimes means 10+ people are queueing with 500+ tickets to count. We had to queue for 25 minutes to count tickets. Cant understand why an arcade that is so busy only has one machine. Three/four minimum are needed.

£150 in a Teddy crane never won a toy how disgusting its a £5 Teddy these should be winning every £10-£20 not take £150 with no prize just ripping of children "they say their percentaged" to pay out when ready £150 later still not ready no way thats right

DON'T TRUST. I'd hate to think what would happen if someone hit the Jackpot. Still owed £10.00 after 4 weeks. My partner and I were in Clacton and popped in for a look, ended up putting a few quid in Rainbow Riches as I won £10 the machine conveniently reset itself?!? The worker there checked the machine logged data and agreed that it owed me money but couldn't do anything about it without the 'Boss', he then took my details and said they'd be in touch the next day, about 2 weeks later still hadn't heard nothing and I was in Clacton again so popped in to get my money that's owed, saw the same worker again and he couldn't tell me why nobody had contacted me and that I'd have to talk to the Boss to get my cash, who wasn't there again. In my experience DO NOT TRUST.

My son wanted to go to an arcade. It is difficult to rate. It's an arcade. We spent £10 as agreed prior to visiting. Dianne Abbott would hate it. It was full of white working class people. I didn't mind being dragged up in the valleys of course. But it is the sort of place that a liberal would commit genocide based on class. It was clean an didn't smell of chips or fags. You can take your dog too.

Great place only thing was the shop with the prizes in it was shut so you had to find a member of staff. It was hard to find the staff. Do not suggest going during the week as all the prizes are at the very back of the machine. Really clean place that was wheelchair accessible. It was clean and had lots of fun games. You need a lot of silver change as well as a lot of the games you have to pay 50p and money like that.
