Egg arrived broken like more than 10 eggs and the driver runaway i tried to call talabat but no number for them and can’t go through any number for them
This is a fraud and hustle
I will complain to the consumer rights

Extremely disappointed.
Unprofessional customers service.
Horrible attitude of their staff.
If you want your business to shut down deal with (TALABAT)… We sent them Tons of emails and they never answer or return any of them.
They appointed our account manager (NOURHAN) for assisting us, but She never even answer a simple question and keeps ignoring our messages on WhatsApp…
Don’t ever trust TALABAT.

THEY HAVE TO SHUT DOWN THEY COMPANY THE DELIVERY GUY TOOK FROM ME 500AED AND HE SAID HE WILL BRING THE CHANGE FOR ME FROM STARBUCKS AND STARBUCKS WAS 2 MINUTES AWAY FROM US AND HE SAID “i will be back in 10 minutes” AND GUESS WHAT HE TOOK THE 500 AND NEVER CAME BACK AND RIGH NOW IM GONNA KEEP COMPLAINING UNTIL THEY GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY OR IM SHUTTING DOWN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE TRUST ME I CAN

Terrible experience with talabat today. Eta of delivery was 20 mins and after 50 mins on checking with the driver, he asked me to cancel the order. I enquired with the talabat chat team and a guy named Tareq ensured me it will be delivered soon and their team will contact me in 5-10 mins. This was after one hour of placing the order. After around 1 hour and 45 mins their “team” contacted me to tell that the order will be cancelled. Upon asking if this is how how they treat their customers (making sure its 1.45 hrs to say that the order is cancelled) they told ill have to ask that with the chat team. By now i had enough of your superior ordering experience and told to refund the money and the great guys of the “team” refunded the money to talabat pay. As if what i got from them was not enough they wanted me to repeatedly experience this. Finally got it credited back to my account after two hours of trouble and they still keep saying me to have a good evening and whether they can help me with something else. They couldnt do the one thing that their business stands for and they want to help me more apparently. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The staff at talabat needs a standing ovation. ????????????????????????????
