It Is true that this place is nice and they have nice service. However, I have been chasing them for the refund of security cheque for several months, they are not denying it, but they keep promising and postponing since 5th Sep 2020 (that is 4 months by the time of writing this review!). out of 3 or 4 emails reminder emails, they reply once with a false promise. Since December, they stopped replying by emails either.

The Security at reception was so friendly and helpful just that he paid more attention on his phone than the guest coming in.
