Ok serious..the speed at which I get the transfer done is second to none. I literally got my Title Deed in under 5 minutes after submitting all my documents. Best place for property transfer in Dubai is here Tawtheeq. Abdo the Sales manager is very acitve and helpful. You call him and he will keep everything ready before you arrive.
