I recently visited Shir Al Madina Supermarket and was disappointed with their billing system. Despite knowing that card payments should be billed with the exact amount, they consistently rounded off the bill for every card transaction. This practice is incorrect and unfair to customers. While the supermarket offers convenience and a good selection of products, this issue with the billing system left a negative impression. I hope they address this problem promptly to ensure accurate billing for all customers, regardless of their payment method.

The worst service I have ever Received, they took more than 2hours to deliver my order even upon following up every half an hour by me. This shows how careless are they towards their customer service.

You can get anything and everything in this small place.. If they don't have, they arrange it for you and deliver next day.
