I visited this fraud saloon on March 20th, and after getting my waxing and trimming services done, the lady at the reception (I am guessing she is the owner) recommended that I choose the Diamond package and said I can use the four pending services on my next visit as long as they are consumed in 30 days. My bill at regular price was approximately AED234, however, after constantly being asked on each visit to try the Diamond package, I gave it a try and paid AED378. I visited back on April 14th, after getting the wax service done, and when i went to pay the bill and redeem my pending 4 services, to my surprise, the lady at reception (i am guessing she is the owner) made a huge false face, completely lost her mind, and started being awfully disrespectful (mind you, this is the same lady who was reading a holly book at that time as its holly month of Ramadan) and refused me to utilize my 4 services, which I paid for, with a statement saying that I couldn't redeem my pending 4 services on the service i took in the past, She knows I visit them only for wax and no other service, but she started being awfully rude and disrespectful and kept forcing me to use my pending service on things that I didn't want to get done. Besides the fact that I was looking for a solution, as they had no terms and conditions in place, she didn't care to mention them when I paid; instead, she screamed and said, You should know about them as they are standard in all of Dubai. But, my dear saloon owner, it's your job to tell your customers what the terms and conditions are for the packages you sell before you start stealing. I even offered for her to charge me regular price for my last visit and regular price for this visit as she wouldn't let me redeem my 4 service as this was the only solution i could think of, so she get paid for service i used and i dont waste my money as she refused to pay back or let me use the servies however she refused and was not keen on provide with any alternative solution. I was so distraught by this act; I can't raise my voice or be disrespectful, so I left the place and paid another AED204, which i shouldn't have as I had four services pending that I was told i could redeem. . Dear Momi's Saloon Owner, please realize that it is our hard-earned money you have stolen, and it is the worst sin to scam people for your greed. I have made an official complaint to the Dubai Government's Unified , and you will hear from the authorities soon.
