Attending the cricket, as I was early went to find a snack. Couldn’t find anything apart from this take away bar. Had their 2 piece breaded chicken, chips and a bap, 12AED. Actually the 2 chicken portions were an excellent size.

Delivery is horrible. More than 1 hour to deliver in the same location. They say few minutes and even after 1 hour 30 min no delivery. Rather not order from these guys. Very bad service.

One the most hopeless supermarket in Dubai. This is sports city branch , they don’t know how to take orders , and most importantly how to talk to to ladies , very very rude staff. For them it doesn’t matter if they loose small orders … again try avoiding ordering from this supermarket. There are better options near by .

Ridicules delivery and the person who takes the calls his behavior was so so rude. No manners on how to talk with customers.

I received my order in 2 hrs after so many followups and the good thing is I received the wrong order which does not belong to me.

Worst delivery. waiting for 1 and half hrs. They are not interested to deliver the order but they cannot say no also to customers. pathetic mind set.

Apparently their delivery guy starts his work from 1 pm on Sunday but if you call the supermArket let’s say at 9 am or 11 am or 12 pm , they will say delivery is on the way to deliver your location in 10 min . They purposely lie to customers. Then delivery guy will come starting his work at 1 pm to deliver all the customer requests supermarket received from 9am .This supermarket should get closed. Will prefer to complain to the authorities on this .
