Horrible management, the air-conditioner don't work. And no one will do anything about it. Fire alarm would go off at 3am and you'll wake up with your heart in your throat. The walls are too thin, you might enjoy your neighbours music if you're taste match. The only good thing is that there are 2 supermarkets

I lived there for a year. The building is clean. The fire alarm is very disturbing. I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom wardrobe is very small. The bus stop is just underneath the building which make it convenient if you don’t have a car however during rush hour the bus is always overloaded. The supermarkets underneath are very convenient and useful. Mohamed Fazel from the maintenance team is amazing and very helpful. The gym is decent, pool is not covered so if you decide to go up you will toast ????.

A great place to live in Dubai. Building is well maintained and clean and is always quiet. Apartments are very spacious with amazing layout. Spacious kitchen and wardrobes. The biggest and the only drawback is the sound of fire alarm which is very scary and dreadful.

Decent facilities include rooftop pool and steam room, but the fire alarm goes off day and night. Everyone ignores it, management doesn't address it...

Some information before you move in
+new building
+spacious apartments
+2 supermarkets and cafeteria available right under the building

- thinnest walls in whole Dubai (you can take participation in neighbours life,listen for calls, kids playing, am and pm “rituals”.
- fire alarm goes ON regardless of time. 3-5 times in a week as a tradition.
- elevators are dirty most of the time.
- cafeteria under the building has strong smell of burned oil.
-maintenance can disturb you at inappropriate time (calling doorbell at 6:30 am easily).
-plenty of small spiders in winter time.
Overall rate for management 3 out of 5.

Great location, amazing views of the lake and canal, convenience at doorstep by 2 supermarkets at the building, clean amenities across the whole building, resident maintenance team in the building itself.

Building mangment is very poor, the walls are thin between the apartments , you can hear your neighbors what are they doing
