I am a vegeterian food blogger and keep trying mutiple restaurants escpecially the keep track of all.

Had a chance to visit bikanervala and first the waiter doesnt come to corner of high seating facing the window ouside. Second the AC duct or vent was not coming at all so i was sweating like a pig.

The food hot and sour soup in small bowls - utterly completely nonsense and that too plastic - extremely hot soup in plastic is not recommended. Failure for common sense.

I ordered Noodles - always veg noodles all restaurants including bikanerwala karama and barsha serve in white color - this was yellow in color.

Overall service is bad.
Overall food is awfull.

I run 4 restaurants in JBR and JLT and honestly i feel bad to give this review. If i would get a chance to improve then i would give ultimatem to your manager that any bad review on google on service or food "your sacked". In F&B industry there is no room for complaints. please kindly improve.

Overall experience was below par, they are just enjoying Brand value.

It’s just fine to enjoy Veg cuisine at Bikanervala. I ordered Dahi puri which was good but didn’t understand beetroot garnishing. Pani puri is very ordinary one & also ordered Masala Dosa but never came waited for 15mins & later have to cancel the order, excuse was that we are busy. Quality & service is ????

We stop here for a quick snack after a hot day of shopping…. And it was refreshing !!

Nice Indian eating place at such a busy gold souk market with lots of indians visiting there all the time. Reasonable prices, great service and staff. And good food quality.

Crowded always !!
I ordered a meal but not worth it ????????
I won’t recommend thali .. pricing wise the quantity is less
All other things are too good.
Serving takes time as it’s crowded !!
Tv with cartoon in it, that’s so entertaining for kids.

I find these bikaner foods good. Food was served hot and I appreciated the effort for the chef. Staff was nice and friendly.

Ordered a Mysore plain dosa, since i was alone, others got their full meal orders even though they came after me. Took 30mins for a dosa, i left the restaurant absolutely fuming but no reaction from the staff. Absolutely disgusting service for a chain this big. Never ever visiting any of the stores again.
