Just now had food at Bikanerwala Dubai Hills Mall. Ordered a Deluxe Thali and Chola Kulcha alongwith tea. We are a regular customer of Bikanerwala, generally Al Al Barsha but today the quality of food was horrendous. All food was cold, For AED 37, Thali was worthless and waste if money. The paneer was tasted burnt but was cold. Same way Dal Makhani was cold. I complained to server and he was unmoved and unconcerned. They always had bad tasting south Indian but seems now quality of north Indian food is also on decline.
Also all food served in plastic, probably that's why giving cold to avoid food becoming toxic
Such a Shame! Not again for me.

I had ordered two portion of Manchurian and Noodles combo for kids and found a piece of steel scrubber. Very unhealthy and dangerous!! I will be filing a complaint with authorities as well. Beware of this branch.

I am usually a customer of Bikanervala. Had been to their Silicon Oasis and Barsha branches quite frequently. But the service in Dubai Hills is horrendous to say the least. Not once but twice. Last time i ordered a sandwich and these guys made me wait for more than 45 mins to serve. Whenever asked they responds it is being made inside. And after sometime they don’t even respond and just ignore and serve other customers!! Yesterday again after ordering so many items i had order juice for kids. The experience was no different. The juice took another 20 mins. The same person - just ignores and shows an attitude!!

If they are continuing the same manner sooner than later they will have to close the outlet!! Waiting in case of rush is understandable but this is pure ignorance.

The service levels are exceptional, the staff ravinder, the current manager (Santosh), the previous manager,and all the kitchen crew are on their toes working relentlessly. (I hope the boss reads it) Food is authentic, I didn’t feel much difference in their staple cuisines compared to their other branches in UAE, and outside UAE.
Sweets are awesome, don’t forget get to grab one. South Indian, india Chinese needs little work, no complaints when it comes to North Indian cuisines especially “chole bhature”.

Please do not drink their milk Tea (chai). It’s absolutely tasteless!
