Had a quick bite with Charleys Philly, and the sub was not that tasty compared to my first experience. The large sub is quite good for 2 people, and the gourmet fries were a great side.

We had dinner at Charleys at Dubai Hills mall. I must say it was far better than any fast food place! We ordered Chkn Philly and beef Philly steaks sandwiches. V juicy, filling yet v light! I tried Peach lemonade which was was pretty tasty! Would love to visit Charleys again!

It looks like good, but you found service bad and food has hair, they even not clean i was so disappointed.

When we arrived, the workers didn't even wanna help. They just kept talking to each other and when we ordered they wouldn't even look us in the eye. They gave absolutely no information whatsoever and didn't even care to ask what we wanted.

Me and my friend both paid 43 dirhams but they had no coins so they gave me like 6 coins and my friend didn't even get the correct change.

+Wrong order

Seriously, never again. Better off starving, or go to KFC instead

Actually Charley’s is one of my favorite sandwich shop, steak philly and chicken philly both are very delicious

We were served by Dianne De Jesus who had an excellent customer service skills. The food was delicious as well.

Staff do not care about customer orders
Not right then, I give him my order please this for you ...then I take from subway to be relax when I eat

Order was wrong, did not give me enough change, rude staff, bad experience overall never coming back here.
