Kudos to the Hairsylist Ms Nita (don't know if I get her name correctly) She is honest about what looks good and what is not to her client and offers recommendations on how you can take care of your hair. Thank you so much for the wonderful work you do I really love my new hair color. Also thank you to Black and White Salon for being so professional even its already closing time the owner stayed and waited for us till the stylist finish her work.

My wife's ❤️ hair, nails and face are always done at Black and White Salon. Besides, the work is done beautifully according to his wishes, and the staff working there are also very nice. Thank you very much for making her beautiful.????

very nice salon.. im a walk in client and did several services.. they are very accomodating.. next day i book some services but came late. they still accept me even its quite late., they did not rush my services not like other salons. if they know that its already late the technician is rushing ending up fail or bad quality of work..
you gotta try them... number 1 service provider...

Affordable and good services than other salon , been to many salon but didnt find good services in a low price range as them . Nail tech are good and the hair lady is fantastic . ????????

The technician Judith was extremely rude to me. First she hardly said hello to me despite me grQeeting her in a friendly way as i usually do with any service provider. While doing my nails She kept holding my fingers very harshly. Sometimes her own nails would poke into my skin, other times, she would hold so hard that it would really hurt. I told her 3 to 4 times 'honey please hold a little lightly' to which she didn't even respond once let alone apologize for hurting me. Then at the 5th time, I said please hold lightly, at which she started showing attitude instead of saying sorry. I kept saying to her that I have asked you so many times at which she snapped at me and yelled 'I said sorry' which she hadn't. None of the other girls apologized on her behalf. And no one reprimanded her. I normally tip my service provider but I just paid and quietly left. The experience completely ruined the whole mood. I would not recommend as normally salon ladies are very polite and kind in Dubai.
