I found it from google maps, the placed looked nice, got excited and intentionally came all the way here. But since the moment I entered I got a bit confused. First of all, there were no koreans working, all the workers were Indians. Well, I thought, maybe they've learned how to cook korean food, maybe the owner is Korean. So I chose a meal with bulgogi combo. As I'm an asian and love korean restaurants, I looked for the green kind of tea that every korean restaurants serve, but it was not there. Only some bubble teas and fruit teas etc.
As we all know, side dishes are the most important part of the korean food. When I got the side dishes they serve only 3 of them were korean kind of side dish, and to my biggest wonder they gave me some broccoli and lentils! For the first time I'm seeing that. So for sure my fav korean other side dishes (like fishcakes, egg rolls…) were not there.
In confusion, I was waiting for my combo. When it was ready I had 2 same side dishes (kimchi and the thing with corns) both on my combo and on my side dish. That's not all, the soup bowl also had the same corn thing inside and soup itself was not delicious. The Bulgogi was kind of like the real one but with the very light taste. All in all, I didn't like the food very much, feeling disappointed.
Also, I think the owners should more consider on the atmosphere of the restaurant. The decorations and everything was pretty good, very korean, but it would be nice if you play some korean songs inside. I came here alone and there were no other customers, so I was awkwardly eating in silence. Ah, there were some indian songs coming from the pantry room… well I thought I came to the Korean restaurant.
If you note all these comments I think you'll become more popular and can retain customers, noting that you have a pretty good location. You should make a real use of it. Impress customers and keep them satisfied. Hope no more customers will get the same impression as me.
PS: workers were friendly and welcoming. Good luck for your work!
