I have been using Blossom Laundry for all my ironing for the last couple of months & have had excellent service from Noushad. He has picked up & dropped everything off really quickly & he is very prompt & polite when messaging. I would thoroughly recommend them & will definitely continue using them myself.

I have used a number of laundry companies but have found Blossom Laundry to be the best ????

I want to tell you about the terrible service in this place. I gave my shoes Loro piana for cleaning and they promised that everything would be ready in a week. After 2 weeks I came, but the shoes were not ready yet. Almost a month later, I finally took my shoes and found at home that they had made a hole in the suede. I immediately wrote to them and sent them a photo. In response, I received that they would inform the boss. And this time they disappeared . No apologies or offers have been received

I visited in Blossom laundry palm jumeirah people are very accommodating and I’m always giving laundry with them and always comes out very nice pressing and washed properly. 5 star is not even enough. 100% highly recommended!

Really poor service. Brought my blazer to be dry cleaned and when collected it after 4 days, the blazer was not cleaned but only placed in a plastic bag. Luckily I checked it at the counter when collecting it. What’s the point of bringing clothes for cleaning, if you don’t even clean them? Not to mention the bad smell the blazer had. Really do no recommend.

I went to Blossom laundry because of the reviews in Google and being in Nakheel mall on the Palm gave me the feeling I can trust expensive clothes for cleaning to them.
But I Was very disappointed when they delivered laundry with the lost T-Shirt. They promised to find but to be honest how they will find as the order was big. It’s been a week already and no apologies, no compensation, non of the stuff communicate properly.
Also gave for dry cleaning a jacket it’s came back with stains, so had to give again to do it properly.

This was the first and last time to use service of that laundry.
I don’t recommend.

Answer to the reply from the blossom:
There is no mistake in counting. We count on the station together and later your representative send me WhatsApp that they counted extra more so instead of 32 we handover 31, and delivered was 30 only. Nevertheless we paid for 32 tshirts and still didn’t get the refund. I have all communication via WhatsApp with notes of your employees.
So don’t say there as a counting mistake as it’s not true. T-short was lost and I know even which one and I told to your employee.

Worst customer service. It took them 6 weeks to find 5 very expensive items. We never heard of the manager for over a month until we posted a Google review. The worst part is that every member of staff (namely mall branch) takes no responsibility and really doesn’t care. False promises about management calling me back. They don’t reply to WhatsApp phone calls and the branch manager just can’t help.
