This is my absolute favorite restaurant in all of Dubai. It’s centrally located in DIFC but has none of the pretentiousness or wild price points one could associate with the area. I live in Abu Dhabi but have been here 4-5 times, each time bringing new guests from overseas.

The prices are reasonable for the location and the food is actually good too. Cocktails are nothing spectacular but the wine selection is decent.

Loved the risotto and the free dark chocolate dessert (it’s not too sweet). Can’t remember too many specifics from the menu anymore but each dish was tasteful and properly portioned!

Points for lively yet not too noisy ambiance, though there is no extreme decor or anything of the sort.

Good spot for a a refreshing dinner. Heavily influenced by Spanish cuisine and well executed dishes. Their veal oysters tartare was one of the best bites I’ve tried. Also, their house made chorizo was perfect and present in several dishes.
The drinks were not as good but still acceptable. The decor and ambiance was professional and comfortable.

Visited BOCA for the March special of Female chef series. Tasting the menu of Grabeilla IG girl and the goose.

Of chef's origin from Latin America, naturally, the menu is of Latino affair. The 1st course already set the tone with the pumpkin and truffle, and I love the sweet with earthy tone combo. As well as her playful take on Pani Puri, good fun!

Then, the ceviche with passion fruit was an interesting discovery. The sourness is well balanced, yet the hit of sweetness enhances the refreshing sensation. Follow by the prawns and the beans, I love the flavour of the prawns.

The main courses were the HIGHLIGHT both dishes were stunning! From the warmth and cosy feeling of the scallop risotto, creamy, buttery. Oh so tasty... to the meaty, great seasoned Halibut... I melt for both dishes

Desserts were beautiful from the chocolate cigar with coffee ice cream to the tomato ???? macaroon. All were light and just good amount of sweetness to round off a well orchestrated meal.

We did a brunch there and to be honest it was very disappointing. The service was lacking, the food was not all that and not authentic
, they were not really geared up for brunch crowd. I hope they can improve as the brunt market is very competitive

Staff are friendly and provide good service. And their olive was amazing, it was the best olive I have ever had.
Of course, other food was great too.

Truffle fries were absolutely amazing. Food in general was great and well presented.

The olives were nice for the first couple of bites but after a while the taste got very sickly and overwhelming. Even though it was a small bowl of olives, we could not finish it, I would not recommend or if you try it make sure there is a lot of people to share it with.

The house wine was excellent and great quality!

Second visit at la Boca and I am convinced that this is the place to come to enjoy a good after work. Food, drink and hospitality are at their best and with Abdul and Cris , you are sure to enjoy the best food !

It is the best restaurant in Dubai, the service, especially Alvin & Jessie were in a word -Outstanding. The music and the atmosphere is intoxicating and provides a wonderful experience. I will will come back whenever I come to Dubai.
