Horrible horrible experience for non resident clients. Unable to transfer money from my BOFA to HSBC bank in Dubai for the last 3 month. Screwed up processes and broken up transfer process.. Call center reps have no power to resolve broken process and don’t want to escalate to supervisors. Waiting time is about 30 minutes !!!!What a misery and saga

This is not a Bank of America Financial center and Bank in Dubai, this is Merrill Lynch investment company, so unnecessary to visit to getting banking assistance for here, waste of time and money, In Dubai there is not support to Customer from Bank of America.

Called and they do not do private banking so you cannot withdraw or deposit cash.

Myself and my partner always use for our airport and ferry taxis and have never been let down yet. Great service, nothing is too much (even unplanned stops when needed), value for money, great communication and has never let us down. If you're looking for 5 star service then this is the company for you!

Brilliant service as always, lovely clean car, smart polite driver, easy booking system (even when I had to change my times) it was no bother, clear invoicing, reasonably priced, on time, professional and an all around pleasure. Would definitely recommend as never let's us down!
