I bought a felting kit for the felting needles, but was found that they were not felting needles ( description only stated needles). I was denied return because i opened the outer packaging even though nothing inside was touched. I simply looked at the needles amd closed it again. If you shop here (which I don't recommend), never do so online as they are totally unsympathetic to return requests for basic crafting items.

A great store with a lot of interesting bits and pieces. I suppose it’s a huge kids room with toys, books and stationary crammed in one place. Nice staff, but could be a little better organised. But I understand space isn’t incredible. Worth a visit.

A fantastic books shop in Moter city ,you can find toys gifts books notebooks written pad good collection brands and staff have brilliant in assisting with all you need highly recommend in Moter city

Today, I called twice looking for a specific product and the price. The lady who answered the phone just kept saying, "yes, ma'am" and proceeds to put down the phone without giving me any answer. Please provide enough training so the members of the staff can help customers better.

I really like this place. You can find books for a bargain, and the prank toys are very creative! Only one thing though, why is there no air conditioning in the store? Only a miserable ceiling fan that doesn’t help at all and makes the temperature inside unbearable.

It says it open at 8AM. On Sunday, 8:30 AM and it is still closed/has not opened yet.

The store has everything toys, stationary,bike accessories, but my son bought a book in the display which included stickers but when he bought it , they didn't put the stickers in delivery bag and my son got highly disappointed when he opened the book bag at home.

So plese check before taking delivery
